Working with her I went from someone who was often inconsistent in their posting or alternatively overwhelmed with ideas and stuck for how to bring them together!

I’m in marketing. I know how to do marketing. It wasn’t that I didn’t know how to do it. I knew all of these things but what it gave me was the accountability to do it. I can easily procrastinate, say I’ll do something and then back out of it out of fear or whatever. But what Charelle gave me was that push in the right direction. Not in a bossy way, but in a really encouraging and inspiring way that made me want to do this for myself.
