Annual Planning for Solopreneurs and Micro Business Owners
Planning for the year ahead is vital for businesses of all sizes. But there is a difference between how a big and micro business should approach annual planning and what needs to be included in the annual plan. My annual planning process is designed specifically for service-based solopreneurs and micro business owners who want to be successful in business, whilst enjoying life too.
When you plan with me you’ll set goals you are excited to achieve, as well as having a realistic roadmap that you are confident will enable you to achieve your goals.
Imagine if you…
…had a clear plan for how to achieve your best year in business
…were super clear about where you, and your team, need to focus your energy, time and money
…could confidently welcome in the new year with the knowledge that you’d done the work to give your business the best chance of having an extraordinary year

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this work for my business?
My annual planning framework is designed specifically for solopreneurs and micro business owners who have (predominately) service-based businesses. So if you have less than 10 people in your business and you are mainly selling services I’m confident it will work for you. Over the years I have had clients that are: coaches, consultants, marketers, speakers, accountants, hypnotherapists, photographers, videographers, designers, copywriters and more.
How do I know which option to choose?
Everything I offer will take you through the 5-steps of my annual planning process. However, the level of depth depends. My group annual planning days (Visionary CEO Planning Days) are a great way to be led through my process, but are light on the strategy elements.
If you want my expert advice and recommendations for you business, and to delve deep into the strategy and the annual timeline, then you would be better with a 1:1 Annual Planning Day (Strategy Days).
How much time do I need to set aside for annual planning?
I highly recommend you set aside a day for annual planning. A designed date or uninterrupted time is more valuable than an hour here and there. My Strategy Days runs 10am-5pm (GMT, BST or ET). My Visionary CEO Planning Days run 10am – 4pm (GMT, BST or ET).
