Introducing FULLY BOOKED AND SCALING
Over 6 months, I’ll be by your side helping you to become fully booked with 1-to-1 clients and successfully add a scalable offer to their business.
This is a 1-to-1 service, which means it will be 100% personalised but the 4 things we’ll definitely do are:
- Review and adjust your marketing and sales strategy to get your 1-to-1 services fully booked (and start building a waitlist or take bookings for months in advance)
- Decide what scalable offer is best based on your current business and lifestyle goals
- Create, and execute, a clear marketing and sales strategy to introduce the scalable offer to the world
- Create an ongoing marketing and sales strategy to successfully market and sell your 1-to-1 services and your scalable offer alongside each other
Here’s what your experience inside Fully Booked and Scaling will be like:
★ Onboarding Questionnaire – As soon as you are signed up you’ll be sent my onboarding questionnare to complete. This will enable me to get a thorough understanding of where your business is now and what your true hopes and desires are. This will ensure we can hit the ground running from the very first session.
★ Fully Booked Strategy Session (3 hours) – Our first session together will be your fully booked strategy session. Here the focus is on mapping out the strategy for getting your 1-to-1 services fully booked and then building up further demand
★ Scaling Strategy Session (3 hours) – This will be delivered at a mutually agreed point. For those based in the UK, there is the option for this to be delivered on the same day as the Fully Booked Strategy Session and in person. The focus here is on choosing what scalable offer makes the best sense for you, your business and your current audience. Once that is decided the focus will be on creating the marketing strategy to successfully introduce the offer into your business and create demand without negatively impacting your 1-to-1 service(s).
★ 10x 60-minute mentoring/training sessions – Every 2 to 3 weeks we’ll meet for a mentoring/training session. The contents of these sessions are 100% personalised and depend on the choices that are made in the strategy sessions. The focus will be on giving you the necessary support and training so that you can confidently and successfully implement the strategies created on the strategy days.
You’ll also get:
★ Voxer Access – Whether you need a pep talk, a sounding board or get help between sessions you can access me via Voxer. Available 10am – 5pm Monday to Thursday I’ll be there to help ensure you keep moving forwards.
★ Weekly Accountability Check-In – There is no point in having a great strategy if you don’t actually implement it. That’s why throughout the whole programme I’ll be your official accountability partner. On a weekly basis, I’ll get in touch to check how you are progressing against the agreed actions.
★ Financial Forecasting Spreadsheet – Adding a scalable offer to your business allows you to increase the number of people you can work with and the amount of money you can make. The financial forecasting spreadsheet will enable you to compare the financial impact of different scalable offers and understand the financial opportunity your chosen scalable offer will give your business.

- What happens after I’ve filled in the application form? You’ll receive a personal response from me within 2 working days. I’ll either let you know whether your application has been successful or not. If your application has been successful you’ll be invited to have a compatibility call.
- What is the financial investment? £1,500 per month for 6 months.
- How will you hold me accountable? I take holding my clients accountable very seriously. Whether you have made a commitment during a strategy or mentoring session, I’ll make a note of them and then hold you accountable via Voxer. Most clients request weekly check-ins, but if you have a different preference let me know.
- What is Voxer? Voxer is a walkie-talkie app and works very similar to WhatsApp in that you can send voice messages, text messages, images and short videos. Having this means we can easily communicate with each other and not have to write a single extra email. I use Voxer rather than WhatsApp so both of us can easily separate our work and personal life. I turn notifications off the app when I don’t want to disturbed, which means you can feel free to message at any time of day or night.
- How often can I contact you? You can contact me as much as you would like. One of the main reasons I offer Voxer support is so that you can quickly contact me and get a response/feedback so you can keep moving forward. There is no such thing as a silly question and there is no limit on how often you can contact me.
