Work With Me

Are you an artist wanting to focus on being creative rather than your marketing?

Do you need help to grow your business and realise your true artistic desires?

That is where I come in!

For the last 9 years, I have provided arts marketing and management services to companies and independents in the live entertainment industry. I support artists to grow their artistic profession to support them financially and gain maximum exposure for their art.

Why work with me?

I am passionate about the performing arts. I performed as a child and have an undergraduate degree in Dance. Having always been interested in business, I decided to study for a Masters in Arts Administration and Cultural Policy, at Goldsmiths, University of London and then throw myself into the world of arts management. I have worked in venues, producing companies, independents and leading UK arts companies such as Sadler’s Wells, English National Ballet and Nimax Theatres.

How You Can Work With Me

I offer 1:1 marketing strategy sessions for artists, which I call a POWER HOUR! Sessions are totally personalised and I have done everything from discussing strategies for a specific performance/launch, to ongoing profile raising marketing or sessions specifically on mastering a platform such as YouTube or Instagram.

TESTIMONIALS

Vicki Igbokwe

“Charelle is a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to work with. She keeps herself up to date within the ever changing industry (dance) we work in which allows her to always have her finger on the pulse. She pays great attention to detail and has the ability to really think outside the box, when looking at new ways in which Uchenna Dance can market itself and the work we do. Overall Charelle is a great asset to Uchenna Dance and would be the same for any organisation or individual she works with/for”

“Charelle is a pleasure to work with, and her honesty deeply refreshing: she gets straight to the point so time is never wasted and I know exactly what is feasible and what I need to do to make things happen. She always delivers on everything she promises and works flat out to help me achieve my goals and complete projects. I don’t think I would have received arts council funding without her help. I hope to continue working in partnership with Charelle and believe my company, and myself as an artist, will mature under her wing.”

"Working with Charelle was very comforting in a time where chaos could easily manifest. She takes her work seriously in order to help you be a serious professional."
